2 cup yogurt (may be fat - Free)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon cumin seed, crushed
3 cup combination of:
1 boiled potatoes
1 cucumbers
1 fresh tomatoes all chopped in 1/2; inch pieces
1 frozen, thawed peas

Beat yogurt in a glass bowl. Add lemon juice, cilantro and half of the crushed cumin. Add the vegetables and mix well. Decorate with a few cilantro leaves, sprinkle with remaining cumin seeds: Variations: 1. Dilute with water or add a few ice cubes, adjust seasoning and use as a summer soup. 2. Serve the yogurt sauce alone without the vegetables as an accompaniment to meat, fish or poultry. 3.
