Salad Dressing For Indian Meal From The Curry Club

3 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon amomatic salt (see note)
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder (see note)
1 aromatic salt:
1/2 teaspoon ground fenugreek seeds
1 teaspoon dried mint
1 tablespoon ground almonds
1/2 teaspoon tumeric
mustard powder: In it's place I would use 1 T mustard seeds popped in a frying pan with a little oil.
* If I didn't have a ready access to coconut, I would use plain yogurt.
