Curry Powder #4
condiment, indian, spice
1 cup ground tumeric
1 1/3 cup coriander seeds
1 cup cumin seeds
2 oz dried root ginger
2 peppercorns
1 oz cardamom pods
1/4 cup fennel seeds
1/4 cup dried red chilis
1/4 cup blades of mace
1 1/2 tablespoon whole cloves
2 tablespoon mustard seeds
2 tablespoon poppy seeds
Store in an airtight jar after blending well.
NOTE: A more robust basic blend.
