Indian Scrambled Eggs With Ginger

4 green chiles; skinned seeded, chopped f
1 teaspoon fresh ginger; chop fine
4 tablespoon onions; finely chopped
2 tablespoon butter
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 salt and pepper to taste
Saute onion and ginger in butter until onion is soft. Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together and pour into skillet with the onions and ginger.
