Coconut Chutney
condiment, indian, pickles
1 cup coconut (grated)
2 teaspoon dalia/chana daal
3 green chili
1 inch ginger
1 coriander leaves
1/4 teaspoon hing
1 lemon juice
1 salt
Fry Chana Daal/Dalia (if used).
Grind all ingredients and mix.
It's also possible to use yogurt, in which case the Lemon juice may be left out. Or used. Anything goes, apparently.
