Hanadi's Trifle

2 packages cherry Jello
4 cups heavy cream
2 packages Dream Whip powder
1/3 cup condensed milk
1 loaf pound cake
1 package cream caramel powder
Prepare the Jello as directed, then gradually add the condensed milk and half of the measure of heavy cream. Beat the rest of the heavy cream with the cream caramel and Dream Whip powders, beat until thick. Pour the cream in a Pyrex dish. Arrange slices of pound cake on top. Slowly pour the Jello mixture on top. Refrigerate until firm. If the surface is not attractive enough, spread some whipped cream on top.
