Avocado Chutney - Cic

1 ripe avocado
1/2 lemon's juice
1/4 cup plain cottage cheese
1 centiliter garlic; peeled and chopped
2 tablespoon coriander leaves; chopped
1 fresh green chili pepper; chopped (seeded for milde
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

: Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh. : Put the lemon juice in a blender or food processor and add the avocado along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until fairly smooth, add a little water if necessary, to make blending easier. : Preparation takes 5 to 10 minutes. : Serve as a dip with Kabobs, Somasas and Pakoras. _The Complete Indian Cookbook_ Mridula Baljekar, 1993.
