Pressure Cooker Apple Chutney (Margaret O'sullivan)

1 1/2 kg cooking apples
100 gm chopped walnuts
300 gm seedless dark raisins
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 kg sugar
1 orange; grated rind
Peel and core the apples then slice. Place in pressure cooker with other ingredients and cook for 15 minutes. When pressure drops, remove lid. If chutney is not thick enough, continue to cook for a short time with the lid removed to evaporate excess liquid.
