Cucumber Chutney
condiment, indian, sauce
1 1/2 cup halved, seeded, and thinly
1 sliced cucumber
3 tablespoon thinly slivered shallots
1 teaspoon seeded and thinly sliced
1 serrano chili
2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
1 leaves
Combine all ingredients in a non-aluminum bowl to sit for at least 1 hour refrigerated before using.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
