Enola's Fruit Chutney

1 cup raisins
1 1/2 cup water
1 medium apple
1 peeled and chopped
1 medium pear
1 peeled and chopped
1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
2 tablespoon orange peel, chopped
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon liquid sweetener
Soak the raisins in 1/2 cup of the water for 1 hour. In a medium skillet over high heat, bring the remaining water to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the soaked raisins, the soaking water, and all the remaining ingredients; cook for 15 min, stirring often. Remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl; let cool to the touch. Place half the mixture in a blender and process until smooth. Return to the bowl and mix well.
