Mango Chutney Salsa
condiment, indian, low-fat, sauce
1 mango, peeled and diced
1/8 cup red pepper, diced
1/4 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 oz honey, liquid
1/2 tablespoon mint leaves, dry
NOTE: This sauce is excellent on chicken, lamb and fish!
Combine all the ingredients in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 5 minutes. Thats it!
