Garam Masala #3

10 green cardamoms, pods cracked, seed; ed or
6 black cardamoms, pods cracked, seed; ed
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
2 small dried red chilies, seeded
Using a blender, process all ingredients until finely ground. Store in an airtight jar up to 3 months.
