Sooji Halwa

1 cup rava (semolina)
3 cup water
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoon ghee
1 cardamoms; few
1 cashews; some
1 raisins; some
1 pinch turmeric
1 pinch saffron
Roast rava until light brown.
Boil water, add sugar, allow it to completely dissolve.
Add rava to water slowly, stirring.
Fry cardamons, raisins, cashews in ghee. Add to rava.
Add saffron/turmeric and mix.
