Cucumber Raita

1 cucumber
225 ml thick sour milk or yoghurt
1 salt and pepper

1. Peel and grate cucumber, salt lightly and leave for 15 cmins. 2. Strain off liquid and mix with yoghurt. Add a little pepper. Difficulty : very easy. Precision : approximate measurements. Recipe By : Norma D. Hosken
