Lamb Soup With Green Peas

1/4 cup veg oil
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cumin
2 cup chicken stock
3 cup peas
2 lb lamb stew meat/bones
1/4 teaspoon tumeric
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 bay leaves
6 cup water
1 cup light cream
Heat the oil, cut the lamb in 2" pieces and add lamb, onions and tumeric. Rinse the greens and soak in cold water for 1 hr. peas and cream and cook another 2-3 min and serve.
Yield: 6 servings
