Apple Peach Apricot Chutney

5 medium green apples, cored, peeled
1 chopped
1 cup dried peaches
1 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup golden raisins
4 cloves garlic -- minced
2 cup wine vinegar
2 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper -- ground
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. =20 Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. =20
Place in food processer and lightly process so that there are=20 chunks about 1/2 inch in size.
Place in glass container and let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 day= s.
