Samosa Filling - Spicy Chick Pea

1 lb boiled chic peas (garbonzo
1 beans), ground
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 tomato, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chillies, chopped
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 tablespoon garlic
2 tablespoon ginger, fresh -- grated
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Soak the chick peas overnight in water. The next day, place the soaked p= eas=20 in fresh water to cover and cook until tender, about 3 hours. =20 Place the check peas into a blender with a little water and puree. =20
Put the pureed chick peas into a skillet and add all the other ingredient= s. =20 Add 1 cup of water and cook over medium heat until all the water is compl= etely=20 taken up.
Allow filling to cool before using to fill samosas.
