Green Masala (Indian Spice)
indian, mix, spice
1 small piece of fresh ginger
1 cloves garlic -- (1 to 2)
4 fresh green chilies -- (4 to
6 )
1 small bunch of fresh
1 coriander
Excellent with fish or chicken.
Peel and chop the ginger and garlic: remove the seeds from the chilies and slice. Remove the coriander stalks. Pound or blend all the ingredients to a paste with a little water.
