Chicken With Spinach ( Murgh Aur Palak )

1 lb chicken breasts boned and
1 skinned
1 fry in
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (mustard oil
1 is ideal)
1 until sealed & add
2 medium chopped onions
1 cubic inch chopped ginger
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 fry for 2-3 minutes
1 add spice mix made from
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground fennel
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder mixed with
3 tablespoon water
1 fry for 2-3 minutes & add
1 teaspoon salt
4 oz water
1 simmer for 15 minutes
1 in a seperate pan add
1 heaped tblsp ghee or butter
2 cloves chopped garlic
8 curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
2 dried red coarsely chopped
1 chillis
1 lb spinach washed,destalked
1 fry for 3-4 minutes then add
1 to pan with chicken
1 simmer for 10 minutes & add
4 tablespoon natural yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
