Ruchiyada Pakoda

breads, indian, pancakes, snacks

2 cup besan flour; [chickpea
1 flour]
2 tablespoon rice flour
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 large onions; chopped
2 large potatoes; chopped
1 green pepper; chopped
5 green chillies
1 coriander leaves; chopped
1 pudina; (mint chopped)
1 dill; (if you want)

Mix all the ingredients. THE TRICK IS DO NOT ADD WATER ALL AT ONCE. When you start mixing the water from the onion makes it easy. After this is done place your hotpan with oil. Let it get heated up. To make it very crispy, place a nice bounty towel in a big bowl to put the prepared pakodaas. Be generous when using bounty (at least 3 or 4). In this way all the oil from the pakodaas will get absorbed and become crispy and partially oil- Free. Add VERY VERY VERY littly water now so that you can mix all and make irregular balls, and put them in the oil. Let oil be medium heated, not too hot. May be you can use exhaust fan if you have one. It may look very tedious, but I tell you I hardly finish this in 30 mins. It is a very good snack especially when it is cold and somebody should make it for somebody.!!
