Sauteed Mushrooms

6 tablespoon ghee
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
6 oz button mushrooms, sliced

Melt ghee in a skillet overl ow heat. Add lemon juice, cayenne & cumin seeds. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add mushrooms & saute for 4 to 6 minutes. Adapted from Ismail Merchant, "Indian Cuisine"
